What is a second?
A second is a product which the artist/maker has determined to be flawed in some capacity, but still sellable at a discounted rate. In these cases, the seconds have glaze defects which do not affect the food-safeness of the product, but I am not happy with how the final product turned out.
How long does it take you to ship?
Generally, it takes me 1-2 weeks to package and ship your item(s).
Why is shipping cost so high?
Pottery is heavy and fragile. I take every precaution to package items so they make it to you safely and unharmed. Packaging materials cost money, too.

When will you restock [item]?
I don't have a restock schedule, nor do I plan to restock specific items. I make what I make when I make it. If you like something, it's best not to wait for me to possibly make it again.
